All components of the Vaxelia Application (source code, graphic design, interface, logo, editorial content, vaccination database and algorithms) are the exclusive property of Mohammed Chahed and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and may lead to prosecution (art. L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, every user has the right to access, rectify, erase and port their data. These rights can be exercised within the Application or by e-mail to contact@vaxelia.fr.

Complaints may be filed with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr

7. Medical disclaimer

Content relating to the vaccination schedule is based on the official recommendations of the French National Authority for Health (HAS) and does not constitute medical advice in any way. The Publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information provided by the Application.

8. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
