English translation of the French “Conditions Générales d'Utilisation”. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Vaxelia mobile application, published by Mohammed Chahed, an independent developer based in Marseille, France. Vaxelia is a digital vaccination record intended for personal and family use.
Using the Application means that you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Application.
The Application is available on the Apple App Store for iPhone, iPad and Mac (Apple Silicon), running iOS/iPadOS 15+ and macOS 12+. No user account is required. Vaccination tracking works entirely offline; an internet connection is needed only for Premium purchases through Apple StoreKit.

Prices are shown in the App Store and in the app, in the currency of your country's storefront. All purchases are non-consumable and permanent — there is no recurring subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. The Publisher collects no payment data. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund terms.
All components of the Application (code, design, interface, logo, vaccination database) are the exclusive property of Mohammed Chahed and are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Users receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for strictly personal use.
The Publisher cannot be held liable for: loss of local data following a device reset, incorrect medical interpretation of the information displayed, or any indirect damage related to use of the Application. As the Application runs entirely locally, users are solely responsible for backing up their data using the built-in export features.
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the remit of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal. Consumer mediation: CM2C (Centre de Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice).
